Shipping policy

All orders, unless otherwise specified, ship in 7-10 business days. If you've requested a hardware change, i.e. converting to clip ons, changing from gold to sliver jump rings, changing from hooks to posts, etc. please add 1-2 days to the shipping time. I make every effort to ship as fast as possible but please keep in mind I am a one human show!

Made To Order listings or Pre-Order listings have their own processing times listed on the item page.

Altar Ware ships domestically and internationally, and shipping times vary depending on your location. Shipping charges for international orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

PLEASE NOTE: Altar Ware is not responsible for packages lost by USPS or stolen by porch pirates. Once the package is scanned into USPS they are responsible for it. All packages are insured for up to $100, so if you need it replaced due to theft or loss, please file a claim with USPS by clicking here. If something is stolen off of your porch/mailbox, rental insurance may also cover the loss.
